These example boards include finished 12"x16"x3/4" basswood beveled plaques and 13"x13" 1/2" fiberboard. Each board was sanded, stained and finished, with the basswood plaques receiving custom antiquing and aging, painted accents or gold foil patinas. Distinct peg feet were added, then sealed with a spray finish. Custom planchettes were made in matching fashion.
